It took a minute to remember the name of the salon. This is the exact salon where my ex office manager by the name of Nicole works at. I just wanted to post a brief experience i had w/her when we worked together at Healthcare Innovations now Elara Caring before she quickly transferred out to a salon so as to make sure no one else is treated the same way. From day 1 of the interview she was exceedingly intimidating to a point that you were scared to talk to her & when you did, immediately anything she said 5 minutes before was instantly something completely different. She was in a group of males/females who demanded an over excessive and unhealthy amount of labor from me while i watched her allow every other employee around me work at their own pace. She had an overwhelming amount of expectations from me while she & the employees around me sat back and made demands. At times her requests would be for things she could easily walk less than 9 or 10 feet away for, WHILE i was a Field Supervisor w/20-30 (or more) employees of my own not counting the 50-60 (or more) patients for my areas all at the same time whike she had a secretary?! So multiple times i found myself doing her job, my job & the work of a secretary w/e-mails to prove her ridiculous requests. Yes I reported it to HR however they stuck up for her unprofessional behavior on several occasions.So I'm only saying, be careful & if you sus that she is threatening or bullying you/retaliating in an unlawful way, she probably is. And I documented several illegal actions at the same office we worked at together before she changed jobs to her salon so hopefully by now she realizes her discriminatory attitude is not okay in any workplace & will not always be tolerated. I'd also highly suggest her not bringing alcohol into any healthcare office during regular business hours, especially when that office gets off at 5pm.

Its super cute and Thea is the most amazing human and does a fantastic job with hair! Her blondes are stunning and her cuts are always spot on. She really listens to the things you don't want.
