I was a home groomer here in the city and have been following The Paw Spa Elite for some time now! I have even had my pups groomed here lol! I loved it so much that I closed my business and joined Brandie and Joe 's team! They are the sweetest kindest people I have ever met! They would give the shirt off their backs! It has been an absolute pleasure working here. The fur babies get pampered and loved on through-out the entire process! They love coming back and we love what we do! Come see us and fall in love just like I did!!
I had my pups groomed today and I was satisfied but definitely not impressed. The building wreaked of pee when I entered this morning at 9am. Which I guess the nature of the business is working with animals so I get it. But when I picked my dogs up, they did not smell good at all. The hair cut and nail trim performed on them was good but I don’t think they got a bath at all. For $115 I would like for them to have been at least bathed and smelling good. Pretty disappointed. We probably won’t go back.

LOVE THE PAW SPA ELITE! They truly go above and beyond when it comes to their work and care towards my furry family. Brandie is the best with our malamute (she dislikes grooming) and has a heart of gold along with her husband Joe. I can not recommend them enough!
