Good service. My nail look great.

Went there as a first timer. They asked what I wanted and I told them I just needed acrylics done. They then asked if my husband was getting his done too, I told them it’s just me. They the asked again what I wanted, obviously ignoring it anyways.nnThe older gentleman had me sit down, and he started my nails, once again asking what I wanted. Acrylics. He didn’t do those, assumed I wanted them short French tips. Didn’t ask what shape, and just continued on. He was rough, didn’t file the edges of the nails, left them crooked, and thick.nnI don’t recommend this place.

They did everything I asked. Very gentle and kind.

Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon! I decided to try this place again after having one bad experience here. Big mistake!!! I was there for a total of 2 hours for shellac removal and full solar set. The older male nail tech, Jon did my nails. He glued multiple nail tips to my fingertips. When he went to separate the nail from my skin, he pushed so hard that my skin ripped on 4 of my nails. My nails were bumpy and uneven thickness. After he finished, I paid and left, sat in my car and took a good look and realized that the other tips were still glued to my skin, 2 of the nails were sticky and bubbling. I ended up going back in and had someone else just remove the shellac off the solar nail and put a clear polish on until I could go somewhere else to get them fixed. The owner came by and tried to blame all of the problems on the polish being almost out, but told me that the man did a great job otherwise. I told him that doesn’t affect the thickness of the nail, the bumps, the ripped open skin, and the overall sloppy job. After the clear polish was applied the owner sprayed alcohol on my nails and I audibly said ouch, and he said, oh do you have a paper cut? I said no, your tech ripped my skin on multiple fingers. I think he didn’t want the other customers to know that they caused my cuts. He ended up giving me a full refund, but I would not go here again even if it was free. There may be some good techs here, but the fact that this older gentleman has multiple bad reviews on google and the owner still lets him work there, just tells me he has no intention of educating and teaching his employees to do a better job so this doesn’t happen again. The owner is absolutely a large part of the problem to allow this to continue to happen. Overall, it was a 2 hour waste of time and I left bleeding with ripped skin and now have to go somewhere else.

So my mom recommended me this place so I tried them out. I didn't schedule ahead of time but got seated right away. The girl did a very good job and no pain what so ever. I will be going back. This time I'll add a pedicure.
