Overall good experience. Was picking up sofa for my mother. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sofa is fantastic and price was very reasonable. Pickup was fast and efficient and they did an excellent job wrapping it for the trip to the house. Only reason for four stars is the payment. My mother were originally told that she could do a down payment and then had 60(?) days for the balance. When I arrived they said it needed to be paid in full. So I paid the balance. Not a big issue but I think there was some miscommunication. Wouldn't keep me from recommending them though. Still happy with the sofa and the service. Staff gets five stars just because they're that nice to work with.

Don and Jack were so very helpful. I will never buy furniture anywhere else. No one pressures you like other big stores. In and out quickly. We bought a bedroom suite from my daughter and received great pricing. They delivered it on her birthday. 5 star service

If you like looking around on your own this is not the place for you. My husband and I are in the market for a new living room furniture. After talking to the sales person we let her know we just wanted to look around and if we needed anything we would let her know. She followed us around the whole store and made us feel as if we were doing something wrong. We ended up leaving after 10-ish minutes. I understand wanting to make a sale but we were completely upfront with the sales women letting her know we were going to different stores before making our choice.

I was looking to buy a loveseat before the pandemic and then everything closed down. Now that stores are starting to reopen I went to Bob's discount furniture and with the help from an excellent sales associate named Jaime I found the right piece of furniture for my Apt. I really like this store & will be buying from them again. Their Sales Associates are very professional, friendly & patient & the store has quality furniture. Thank you Bob's.

It was great to visit a store where sales people don't bombard you for a sale. Prices was good and financing was to fit everyone weather you had excellent credit or not.
