Ali made the buying experience very smooth and enjoyable. He was patient with us and our wandering around the whole store. The only thing that was slightly frustrating was that our first two choices in dining sets were not in stock even though the signs on the tables indicated they were in stock. For a recliner, sofa, and 6 piece dining set, we were pleasantly surprised and the great price we paid. We would definitely shop here again.

We were greeted immediately and we had a salesman follow us around honestly at first i wasn’t fond of him following us but he trailed a little ways back and was there to let us know availability and answered any question we had. It ended up being a great experience as he wasn’t pushy at all and was very nice and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured at all and was able to pick out just what i wanted. Great service start to finish. Thank you Bob Cox for your amazing customer service.

This store was super friendly from the second we walked through the doors..!! My salesman ( Benjamin) was excellent, to say the least. !!! He asked what I was later looking for.. I told him.. And he took me directly to what I had described.. He didn't try to push other furniture on me.. He strictly showed me what I asked for!! ( Benjamin needs a raise.. Lol) He also took me to Mark.. Who added some laughs as he sold me a mattress ( which was also exactly what I told him that I was looking for) Benjamin was graciously patient as I was on my phone communicating with a partner buyer and that resulted into us purchasing a new bed frame from him as well..!! The prices were comparable with other stores..!! All in all, these staffers made our buying experience stress free and pleasurable!! Thanks,again, Benjamin and Mark!!

Pretty good experience! Moving out of my parents, living on my own and needed furniture. Got easily approved for financing then Cortney C. helped me find a couch and a dining table. Her boss (whom said she was his favorite, don’t remember his name ud83dude05) helped me find a good mattress! Two very good/ kind sales sales people. The lady at the check out was also very helpful in explaining the financing!

When walked feeling very welcomed! We had Mickey helping us pick out the perfect set for our family! And she was wonderful!! She talked to us like she knew us! And we loved that! I highly recommend this place! 10 out of 10!
