Nancy is very rude. She called and texted that they would be closed 2/10/21 for the blizzard (that isn’t happening) and I would have to pick up the UHaul trailer a day early, for their convenience. I asked if I would be charged for the extra day, she said “since your picking it up early, you can drop it off early.” When I tried to tell Nancy that I shouldn’t be penalized for their choices, she said “we will transfer your rental to another location.” And hung up on me. I tried to call back but no answer. Got a text from Nancy a bit later saying “she only came to work to accommodate my order.” Nancy! You can’t blame me for your poor service. You were on speaker and multiple people can attest to how rude and unprofessional you were.
