Jennifer is outstanding! She is professional & has excellent customer service skills. Wheatland Tag Agency employees stay busy to accommodate customers. Jennifer and her male co-worker strive to serve customers in a timely manner. Jennifer is extremely polite & helpful. She excels at her job where kindness matters!

Just a a heads up getting your real ID CHECK EXPIRATION DATE - the wheatland tag agency made a mistake and didn’t renew my license when I went to my real ID appointment after waiting forever- after I got my ID in the mail I called them to correct it and was toldnTo come back in and they would have to correct it and put in for renewal. So today I went to do this and this lady in there was very rude, said I needed a appointment AFTER I was told I didn’t because it was their mistake. It was a nightmare- she even made the comment “ you don’t need to remind me I made a mistake” I wouldn’t be here if it was done correctly to begin with. She was very rude and unprofessional. Even another customer rudely joined in and said unbelievable to me not knowing what was going on. It was totally unprofessional and ridiculous.nThe guy in there said that’s enough because clearly it was ridiculous this lady was too prideful to admit her mistake and fix it. I got it renewed but I’ll never step foot back in there again.nI will say Jennifer the manager was nice when I spoke to her a few months ago about this ( I believe that was her name) but the lady who made the mistake needs some hormone therapy!

Most rude people I have ever dealt with in a place of business. Not just once but almost every time I have been in there in the last couple of years. What is so sad for me is that it use to be the only tag agency I went to. Never again!!
