Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Northwest

5 star service! Love the remodel! So happy that Hilton took this hotel over because it is such a great location! Dani at the front and all the breakfast staff were so genuine and attentive. It felt like a home away from home, and very clean too! I can only hope that Hilton and the management take care of these associates the way they take care of their guests. Definitely only staying here when I come to OKC! Great job!!

it is has been recently renovated. The front desk and breakfast staff were both so friendly. I was here because our winter storm hit and we had no water at all. It was such an enjoyable stress free stay.

I cannot recommend, simply because of a lack to correct a simple issue.nnThe main issue was there was no heat in one room when it was cold and not cool air in the other room when it was hot. After reporting the issue on a Monday, it still had not been addressed by the time of check-out on a Saturday. When I mentioned it to the front-desk at checkout it was said someone would call me to follow up.nnOverall room was nice, the remodel is over a year old. The bar was lacking. For some weird reason there is no TV guide or information. The pool was closed through the stay. The elevator can take a while and become overcrowded.nnThe free breakfast was pleasant.

This is our second extended stay here, since my father being at Integris hospital, across the street. The staff at this hotel is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you feel like you're staying with friends instead of just a hotel. This has meant so much during our difficult time. The suites are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The view over the city is beautiful. I highly recommend Embassy Suites on NW Expressway. Thank you for making it feel like home away from home.

I was highly disappointed in this hotel. My foldable table was stolen from this hotel and I was not even checked in for 10minutes. My table was expensive. The staff acted like they really did not care. The cameras were not rolled back to see who took my table. I was not compensated for it or receive any update from the staff. I kept having to check for an update. No one contacted me to see how I was doing. A person from the front desk staff told me that people steal there all the time. Ans there was a drunk man wandering around here. Also, most people there were not wearing masks. I will not book here again and I will be contacting my attorney. A hotel has a duty to keep guests and their things safe and take action(not just tell employees to look out for the table).
