Not impressed with this hotel. I went down to tell them my TV was not working and they informed me that they have been having a lot of problems with that room. So they offered to move me which was fine except they didn’t have anymore rooms like the one I booked which I paid more to be in a King Suite. So now I am in a cheaper room with no refund to my booking. I would advise everyone to not stay in room 301!! O the fridge didn’t work either.nnThis other room stinks like someone might have smoked in it. Overall not impressed at all.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience my family has experienced. As an IHG Spire Elite member we’ve obviously stayed at our fair share of Holiday Inn Expresses. This hotel first, refused to allow us to adjust check out dates 96 hours in advance. Second, refused to accommodate two rooms on the same floor with a weeks notice. Then, at 7:58pm, a neighboring room called our room and threatened our children when they answered the phone. The staff refused to do anything about it.nnThe hotel was an absolute mess. The floors were disgustingly filthy. The rooms were barely put together upon our arrival. You could tell the bathrooms hasn’t been cleaned in days. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles in the bathroom and they would not supply more.nnLook, we’ve stayed in some really remote, rural locations with IHG and understand an old, outdated or even a little dirty but this was completely unacceptable. I would be even more furious if I had paid actual money for this experience. Thankfully we stayed on points but even at this, what a waste of reward points.nnDo yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is over run with trashy, nasty, rude oilfield workers who are disrespectful and trashy.

Made a reservation on Oktober 28 for one night with points and money. Did get confirmation and went to hotel. When I arrived they told me they were full and confirmed by mistake. I asked them if they did charge me already the points and amount. They guaranteed they had not done this. Later I found out they had charged my points and credit card and now 2 weeks later even did not refund me. This is unacceptable and shows you should not thrust this hotel. Do not use this hotel for they cheat you out of your money.

The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating for everything we needed, the rooms were very clean as well as spacious, the air conditioning in there worked great and kept the room cold, just how I like it. The mattresses in the room were so comfortable to sleep on one was more firm, and the other was softer which I thought was great, the pillows on the bed were soft or firm as well whichever you prefer. I really liked that you get to schedule the time when you want to swim to stay with your group of people not to spread Covid. The pool was nice and warm the kids loved it. I went to get breakfast and their was plenty of options to choose from, granola bars, oatmeal, cereal, yougurt, eggs, they even had fruit individualy wrapped in saran wrap, everything was set up to be individual due to covid-19. I felt so comfortable staying there and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. They even brought extra linens to the room when I realized I needed the for the pull out couch.
