Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Downtown Medical Center

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and got us taken care of quickly. The bed was firm but comfortable. I would stay again in the future if I was back in the area.

Absolutely beautiful rooms. Spacious and clean. The check in clerk was FANTASTIC. So friendly and efficient. The beds were amazing. The breakfast was good. Definitely will return soon.

We had a great time staying at the Embassy Suites Downtown/Medical Center in OKC. Staff was professional and friendly. Very nice and clean hotel. And the location was perfect as well.

Just called to make a reservation so we can finally travel. Try to book a two bedroom suite and a single bedroom. Asked about cancellation or modification policy if something should happen like Covid restrictions. Was told we cannot cancel or modify single room only suite.. Asked the agent why that was, agent said you don’t need to understand our policy it is what it is. Agent was very rude!! Embassy suites lost a long time customer.

I give whoever clean the room five stars. But Angel Soft toilet paper come on man
