I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have always been impressed with the facility and their service. Although, it has been right at 2 years since my last stay. I have to say my experience this time was a bit disappointing. The made to order breakfast was excellent as usual, but the ladies doing the cooking had trouble keeping orders straight. The staff was very friendly as always, but the hotel in general is due a renovation and better upkeep. In our room, the curtains were starting to fade and one curtain was partially ripped or something, causing one end to hang down. The plastic liner on the inside of the lamp shades were dingy and cracking. The bathroom lighting is very dim and yellow colored lighting. Though the room needs some attention, it was very clean. The water in the lobby fountain looked scummy and the elevators are showing signs of wear and tear. In my opinion, the hotel is overpriced in it current state, but I gave it 4 stars because I know what the hotel is capable of being and assume the owners will be correcting the situation in the near future. I have stayed at the Hampton a couple of times in 2020 and even though they don't serve a hot breakfast, I feel it's a better stay for the price at this time.

Jennifer at reception was the best part of our stay. Overall we had a great experience, the room was nice and all of the staff was friendly. From check in to check out Jennifer made us comfortable and made us feel at home! We were here due to some construction at our house and it was very nice to feel so welcomed. She extremely friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay top notch.

We enjoyed the stay. Free happy hour was awesome. The room was a little crusty but still a good room for the price. The staff was friendly and attentive. The app was not working correctly so the front desk wasn't getting our messages. I would return to this location.

The hotel was very clean and beyond expectations. That may be because there was one employee that was definitely going above and beyond. I was made wonderful drinks by Misty at night at the bar. Then I was made an amazing omelet by misty. Then was made wonderful drinks by misty again. Every business needs a misty. Look out Embassy, when I open my bar, I'm coming after her!

I recently had a two week stay at this location. It was a stay-cation situation, just to get away from home and enjoy a hotel. I could not have been more pleased with the staff. A few people I want to mention here are Jennifer, Mitchell, Shannon and MISTY! The staff was extremely accommodating, the room was clean, and it had everything I needed :) Misty went above and beyond when it came to dinner each night, always serving with a smile, great conversation and fantastic customer service. The dinner menu is yummy and I enjoyed it often while enjoying my stay. I will be back sometime soon for another staycation, thanks staff for every way you accommodated me while I was at your place :)
