Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Will Rogers Airport

I wouldnt pay to stay there..not clean by far.

IMPORTANT⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0fnI hope the hotel managers can see itnnMy whole experience at the hotel was excellentnVery clean rooms, friendly front desk, clean and cozy areas, attentive cooks and delicious foodnnThe only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because the worker Bert, I don't know exactly what her role is in the hotel, but, when we were getting our breakfast, she was serving us in the kitchen area.nFirst she yelled at my children when she served them their breakfast, followed by reluctantly giving me the plate. The truth is that these types of workers should not have them because it is a clear bad point for the hotel, and it is as if that were not enough. I realized how she yelled at other workers and told them to do things in a very rude way. I sincerely hope that they take my comment into account since it's not possible that other people have to put up with a bad temper of this person who feel to be the owner of the place

This a very nice hotel love the lobby the room definitely a plus. Just wish they had night housekeeping trash over flowed they even had guest sit food outside they're doors that sat there until morning but other then that this hotel is great even the morning breakfast was good. The front desk was always courtesy and this place definitely is a relax hotel very quiet

Hate giving a 3 star rating this time but there were a few things that made it tough. 1st the rooms air was stifling and our bed was very uncomfortable. We had a room on the first floor.nTo be fair our past stays at this Embassy Suites have been really good. Matter of fact we stay here a few times a year. Hoping this was an off time. ud83dude4fnnBut I will say that customer service here is very good. Many of the same people work in the dinning room and are so kind and friendly. Best breakfast at a hotel! The made to order omlettes are a must!nnI will definitely stay here again in spite of this visit.

Check in was a breeze, rooms were clean and comfortable.
