I was given a gift certificate for Christmas and was very pleased because I use this facility every year before vacation. Well with new management, my LAST experience was absolutely terrible. When my wife purchased the certificate back in December she was told it was good for unlimited thirty days no matter what; she was even given an email for the gift certificate. As we all know with the unfortunate covid crisis everything was put on hold. So there was no way I could use this gift until the facility was reopened. Long story short I used only two tanning sessions and was called by the new owner informing me that the certificate was expired. So essentially I got 2 tans for 30$. New owners wouldn’t honor the agreement we had had with the previous owners. The way the situation was handled was absolutely unprofessional and rude. I will NOT be utilizing this facility ever again. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere.

I purchased a special for 4 laser hair removal treatments in February 2020. I did one session in February and one in March. Then Covid-19 hit and my sessions were put on hold. I was able to pick back up end of May, but then when I got to the appointment I was not able to proceed due to the sun exposure I had. Rescheduled my appointment for 2 weeks later. I was able to stay out of the sun for majority of the time, but one day at work I was outside all day and unable to avoid the sun. I called immediately and left a message to reschedule my appointment. Had to leave 2 more voicemails before I finally got a call back to be told I lost my sessions due to having to reschedule. This is just so unprofessional. It’s ridiculous there is no flexibility with things. If Covid-19 did not happen, my 4 sessions would’ve been completed before the warm days and I wouldn’t have had to worry about sun exposure. I would completely understand losing my remaining sessions if I would have just not shown up nor made any contact. But I showed up the first time to be turned away due to the sun exposure and then I called and left a message instead of wasting an appointment slot. It’s very upsetting - I will not be returning in the future and would recommend going elsewhere.

Nice place. I've been to several tanning locations in the Fox Valley and this one is the cheapest AND nicest of them all. Bring in your student ID for only $25/month unlimited tanning! You can upgrade your tanning experience on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays for half the price too.
