The food is good; however, their customer service continues to be an area of opportunity for improvement. We preordered and paid for Easter brunch, and were given the wrong item. They were closed the following days and when I called the first day they reopened, the employee’s response was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it. There’s nothing that I can do about it today”. This was unprofessional and we will not be revisiting this business.
I always bought all of my family’s and friend’s cake from here but not anymore. The recent event was due to their rude cake decorator. So apparently getting a cake size for 20-25 people is not enough for them to want to do a better job at decorating. Then she had the nerve to say my cake was only $48 plus $20 extra for the decoration versus her “$450” cake. Just shows she does not care about the smaller cakes OR our business. So if you’re not spending $400 and up every time, your cake and business does not matter.
Always a great option for brunch! Service is wonderful and the food is amazing. Don't forget to get some issues on the bakery side
Customer service is for sure something this location could work on. Called to order and older lady was super rude when I was trying to confirm if lobby was open to come in and pick up. Said she didn’t understand what I was asking??nnFood is delicious though.
The Tan Diep lady very unprofessional and hateful. Even if the food is good, her character isn’t so I will always question this particular establishment. I’ve always loved La Baguette for years but this was an awful experience. She basically laughed at my $60 cake and said it was cheap so she didn’t want to take time on it.
