The customer service seems great and the products are good, but they need to restructure how they handle their morning rush.nIt should not take over 20 minutes to get a coffee when there are more than 3 people working.nIf there are call ahead orders or people do order from in line, maybe start bringing them out since each transaction at the drive thru window can take 5 minutes or more. I like this place, but leave frustrated every time because of how long it takes.

Nice customer service. Very good coffees and the place looks very professional and nice.
Really wanted to like this place, but was so disappointed. BLT was less than mediocre. 2 slivers of unripe tomato, 2 small pieces of rubbery bacon. You basically got a bite of a whole lot of bread. Entire staff was unmasked and none too friendly. Such a let down.
I love this place when I finally found out a coffee shop was opening on my drive to work I was so excited. I work nights though, so when I do need it its not open cause its too late. Love their products just wish I could find a place that was open for those who work overnights. 8pm is my morning, and sometimes I just need the pickme up. Thats really the only downfall, otherwise the food and drinks are really good and worth the stop.
