I wish I could give negative stars. Purchased a cake for my sons first birthday party. Cake was supposed to be gray and blue. Cake was more of a periwinkle or light purple and blue. So much so that several guests commented on it. We called the bakery and spoke with Carla. She assured us that we would get a refund. When I showed up today to get the refund, a lady in the bakery was very rude and condescending. So much so that she held up a bottle of blue and purple icing and telling me that “this is blue and this is purple.” I’ve never been that insulted by a retail chain so much that they felt they needed to tell me what colors are. She also said that colors bleed, but not unless the icing has been on the cake for more than 24 hours, so that makes me question how fresh the cake was, if that was the case. I didn’t say anything in the store. Of course Carla backed out of her initial claim that I would get a refund. I did get a $10 gift card and pretty much told I was an idiot. So if you want to deal with people who are exceptionally rude and condescending and liars, then I couldn’t recommend them more. How’s that for being condescending? If you want a cake done correctly, you might want to choose somewhere else. I will never use them again.

Ordered a birthday cake for my son this past weekend. I asked for butter cream frosting and got regular. The cake itself was cracked down the center. They had iced over it. My husband didn't even get to the car before the icing cracked also. It was ordered to be marble. It was mostly white with very little chocolate. The taste was horrible. Very displeased with their lack of effort

Good variety. Great prices. Everything is tasty. Made-to-order cakes are delicious!
