I went in for a haircut and lighting my hair to a brown - light brown color.nnMy appointment was 10 min late. I wanted my hair in layers. I showed her pictures.... nothing close to what I wanted. I went reasonable on the hair color.. She highlighted it first and went on to the toner which the toner made it look a totally different color then when she bleached it. I don't think she knows the difference between colors and toners. After she highlighted she cut my hair again in layers so it made my hair look very blotchy. She should of cut the hair first before applying the highlights. She seem very unprofessional even when she was cutting my hair it felt like she didn't know what she was doing. Besides it looking blotchy from the haircut there were so many areas where I have spots of bleach. It looks just awful, especially if I wear it down and us a straightener. The hair cut..... I asked for layers. I don't even know where to start with the hair cut. I suggest you go somewhere else like I am to get my hair fixed. It's very pricey for the job horribly done and for the lack of quality hair products. Oh and by the way they don't know much about hair products besides Walmart brands. Save yourself the embarrassment of walking around with a bad hair job.

Spoke to a Sharla, and she definitely sounded like she DID NOT want to help.. some people are just so rude. Definitely won’t be coming here.
Super nice and friendly my son really likes his hair cut and asked if he could make Maddie his official hair person. So that is too praise from a 12yr. Thank you
