I've taken daughter to two different salons and they just didn't do what she wanted so it was my Birthday and I wanted to treat myself and daughter so the reviews here were good and they delivered. Very nice and did geat!! I haven't worn nails in years and plan to keep these!!
This is the second time I’ve been to this salon almost as soon as they open, get told to wait fifteen minutes to get my nails filled. (Which is totally fine, I don’t mind waiting) 45 minutes later still no one. I understand if you’re busy, but the entire situation was handled poorly.
All around wonderful people took my daughter In for her 1st manicure they were so patient with her will definitely go back
Every time I go to this location I make appointments, but I do not know why. They always skip over me or make me wait for hours. I am definitely not going back ever! Super unprofessional and we're not helpful.
Yesterday was my first time coming to this salon as soon as I got there I was told to sit on the couch and look at colors one of the techs came up to me and took the book from me cause she needed it didn’t tell me anything just took the book so as I go to get my nails done the drill they use the tech kept cutting me or burning me with the drill so I yanked my hand away the tech kept saying sorry, this salon had not one person being nice or professional. I will never return to this salon again!
