Today my daughters and I came in late like a little more than half an hour before closing . They took all of us and did both my girl's pedicures as if they weren't about to close. Even after the majority, if not all other customers left ,they still took the time to do a full set and pedicure on me without rushing. I truly appreciated them taking the extra time to make sure we left happy and satisfied.
Owners are wonderful people! Been knowing them for over 13 years and never disappointed at any of their nail techs! Being there’s one of the longest and established nail salons in town, an appointment would be recommended if time is an issue, but their work is always on point!
Horrible! I would have preferred to give no stars but had to give one for the review! I got someone that was new to doing nails. So it took longer than usual which was fine because I had nothing else to do. But took two and a half hours and got no discount whatsoever. I ended up just getting a clear coat on my nails because I was tired of being there and didn’t have another two hours to kill.nThis has never been my favorite place but after today will never recommend them to anyone and will definitely never go back!!
4 stars because every time I make a appointment when I get there they act like I did not make one.nnI highly recommend the Hawaiian pedi it relaxing and the hot stone is the best part. ($52) The price is competitive. The salon is very clean and I have watched them use new tools every time. I have very sensitive skin and I never have any redness after leaving.nnThe area is nice and open so it doesn't smell when you walk in. I have watched them sanitized all areas even the handwashing sinks and chairs after use.
Pedicure as to be expected. Acted like it was a hassle because I didn’t want gel nails. Streaky and can see where the clear coat ends and begins not only would have DONE a better job at home! One of my nails is filed COMPLETELY SIDEWAYS. Never will I return business
