Love tis place. Sometimes there's a box laying here and there but they always disappears in moments. Shelves are generally well kept and organized, product in its place and front faced. And they're always clean! Much appreciated. Every employee is willing to offer assistance and advice, and if they don't have the answers you need, they find them! Or find someone who does! Prices are decent, a little on the high side compared to similar items in other stores, but you pay for the quality and money guarantee and all that. They've got excellent exclusive items, tool bundles have to be the best, as far as Size goes.
Never have all of what you need. Not only can you not find what you need. You can never get a worker to help you. If you do get a worker to help they can't help you because they don't know what anything is or where it may be. Thing's seem to be getting better. I've noticed an improvement in the last few months, so good for Lowe's.
Good price. Good selection. All of their people that I have dealt with have been very helpful.
Wow what a great experience. The assistant manager, Delayna, was literally the most knowledgeable person about where things were in the store that I've ever encountered. Even the other employees were asking her where things were. Top notch service.
