This has been my favorite store to shop for years, but with the pandemic, I'm doing very little shopping these days. I do take my jewelry in to be serviced to find out that only one piece can be found in the system. I came home to gather all of my warranties /guarantees for the store. Keep your receipts and lifetime warranties. Don't rely on their system to keep records for you.

Martha was extremely helpful when I wasn’t sure what shoes to wear with my jacket. The store was all organized and everyone was cool. Martha just went above and beyond, she’s the only reason for this review.

Not very crowded not busy at all they have good sales

Very good prices and helpful employees. Store was very clean also.
