I had a brilliant experience with this store and its employees Mary and Katrina. They were very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable while addressing their company's warranty and protection policies. The store itself is wide and open.nnIf you need the furniture delivered, it is outsourced. Which means you can find your own delivery company if you are unsatisfied with their contractor. I will leave a separate review for that service.nnOverall, it was a pleasant experience and I recommend having a look if you're in the market for furniture.

We bought a dishwasher from here and the staff was really great. When an issue came up and we needed help Mary went above and beyond to help us. We bought the extended warranty and the company handling it gave us the run around, Mary did her best to fix the issue.

Going to give 2 stars because when I placed my order, everything was fine. Super quick and courteous. However, when I went to pick up my order, they did not have it, couldn't even find the order in the system, and didn't know when the next truck was coming. Refunded our money without any questions, which was good. Also the don't do free delivery, you have to pay because they outsource. Don't be cheap, furniture is already expensive enough. Pay your customers shipping.

We had a great experience with Mary and Katrina! They were so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed shopping with them! Dj was also so helpful loading our furniture! We will definitely be back with any future furniture needs
