Galleria Furniture

Purchased a sofa, loveseat, and chair from the Oklahoma City store on Saturday. Salesman said they would transfer it to the Lawton, Oklahoma store on Tuesday. Apparently, the salesman attempted to contact us, but input my wife's phone number wrong by 1 digit and we didn't find out until I called him on Wednesday morning after contacting the Lawton store to find out our furniture, that we paid over $2000 cash for, wasn't there for pick-up. They informed us that the policy had changed, that they only do store to store transfers on Saturday. I get it, mistakes happen, I was willing to let this slide. So today, Saturday, I call the Lawton store to find out when our furniture would be available for pick-up. The store manager tells me the truck will be there between 2:30 and 4:30. Cool, no issue. I get in my truck and head to the store at 5 to get the furniture. When I went into the store to find out where to get it loaded, the manager, same lady I spoke to earlier, says that the warehouse worker had to leave early due to a family emergency and took the keys. She says that there's no warehouse worker on Sunday, the soonest we could get it would be Monday. I ask about delivery, because at this point I haven't done anything but be reasonable. Sure, no problem, it's $89. Are you kidding me? I'm where I'm supposed to be, when I'm supposed to be, and the failures of this company aren't my fault. To make matters worse, my wife called customer service and the customer service manager basically said it wasn't his problem. I'm seriously considering getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

Oh it was great bought some Furniture and they we're very nice.

Their mattresses dont live ul to their expectations

Sales people were helpful and friendly and the store was clean.
