Shannon Badge and Diana Ruiz was so very nice courteous and helpful. They checked in on my often asked me questions and answered all my questions and needs. Great customer service throughout from everyone there. Will be back and recommend Home Zone for furniture needs.

Great atmosphere and clean store. Sales guy Charles was great. Introduced himself and told him we just wanted to browse at the sofas and he let us do our thing without hounding us (which sometimes is a problem with sales people working for commission). When we were ready to talk and buy I waved Charles over and he was very kind and answered our questions. He made the whole sales experience easy. It was a good day for buying a new sofa.

If you want some good furniture you need to go see Diana Ruiz she was soo helpful and knowledgeable. She didn’t pressure us to buy and has excellent customer service !! My husband and I will definitely be back to buy from her . Also Seth the manager is awesome as well and knows how to take care of his customers . You both are doing an amazing job running that store!!! I haven’t had customer service like that in a long time !!!

I found the item I wanted online and then I called the store and they where very helpful. I went to the store and they were not pushy in any way they listened to what I had to ask about the sectional I was looking for and they took time to explain that it was not composite board it was hard wood frame. I like the price it fit my budget and the area that I have to put in. I will shop there again. Mr. Andrew Banfield was very courteous and had his mask on and showed social distance when talking to me.
