My mom recently bought furniture from this company. They had discussed a mattress set also and my mother repeatedly asked if that was the total price. They said yes. Once they delivered they didn’t deliver all the pieces and had to go back. Tried to double charge for the delivery fee. Didn’t include a mattress set even though it had been discussed and they claimed it was not. Who buys a bed without a mattress? Do not use this company.nnEdit to respond to the owner. This had already been brought up by my mother in Lawton with receipt. You have also been reported to the consumer credit bureau as its illegal in Oklahoma to charge a surcharge for debit transactions as of 11/1/2019.

DO NOT SHOP AT WOLVERTON FURNITURE!!! They will robbed you blind. They robbed me of $3k and some change. I just wished I would of taken the time to read prior reviews. I’m currently working with Fort Sill to get this business black listed to avoid this happening to anyone else. I came from overseas trying to furnish my new place and thought supporting a local business would be simple but the joke was on me. Beware of Ronn Wolverton!!! He is part owner and does the deliveries. He would sweet talk you and guarantee you that he can order you anything you want if it is not present in the store. We exchanged numbers for him to keep me updated with my order. Once I paid for it in full the games began with make believe delivery days. The first delivery day they canceled said their distributor in Fort Worth did not deliver to Lawton because they didn’t have a 100% shipment. That call was made by Mrs. Wolverton, Ronn’s mom. The second delivery schedule was canceled because they said their employee walked out on them so they were short handed for deliveries. The third time, Mrs. Wolverton calls again to state that my delivery was on its way. She calls 30minutes later to say she accidentally pulled my ticket and my order was not on the truck but they had couple deliveries before me and they will try to squeeze me in if not tomorrow. Ronn then messaged me to tell me he is on the way to Duncan. So you don’t fulfill your local orders first? The next day was when the games and lies became more apparent giving me hit times followed by excuses for no shows one after the other countless times. Then when I called to be reimbursed they told me they don’t do refunds I just got to wait on a delivery. I still do not have my furniture til this day. Buster the old man has the worst customer service. He yells at you, cut you off while you’re talking and his famous line is I just work here and answer the phones. He also likes to lie for Mrs. Wolverton and Mrs. Kay. Every time you ask for them his line is, “oh she just got in her car and drove off I don’t know when she’s coming back” said those same exact words to me two days in a row. Then they started dodging my calls.?This family is not honest and fraudulent. I’m currently in the process of starting a civil suit at the Lawton courthouse. With all these bad reviews, I’m thinking to ask my lawyer to start a petition for a class act law suit as well. This family doesn’t deserve to be open for business. Praying on people hard earned money.

I purchased a dresser from the store over 5months ago and have yet to hear a response about when I will get my delivery. I haven't received any calls about any updates on my delivery. I am highly disappointed and just want my dresser or my money back.

They had great deals and I paid for my new 10 inch gel mattress about 3 weeks ago. Was told a date when my mattress would arrive so I gave mine away to a needy family member. Picked up the mattress and immediately noticed it was only an 8 inch foam pad. I told them it was the wrong one and they said it was what I ordered. After a calm argument I was so frustrated I just took it home. I then began to contact the store and finally reached the manager who said he remembered me and what I ordered and he promised to correct the situation. Here I sit a week later with an 8 inch foam pad and no replacement mattress...

Amazing quality. The best way to describe this HUGE FURNITURE STORE is laid back but friendly knowledgeable staff standing by to help when you need it. I didn't feel stocked or annoyed by tons of sales people when I just wanted to look. That was a first. I love the fact you can bargain on discontinued models and stuff slightly damaged. I found some AMAZING DEALS! They even have Layaway and will totally work with. Unheard of in today's age. Definitely will be back for a Master Bedroom this Fall.
