The staff is very, very helpful. The night receptionist has been working here for 5 years and was so prepared for me when I came in.nThe housekeeper Pam was amazing. Pam was on the other side of the hotel and she stopped what she was doing to clean my room, and get me a requested item. I was so impressed that she went out of her way to cater to me when she was already busy and not assigned to my side of the hotel. I am so staying here again. Also, this place was very clean, how can it not be with a staff member like Pam

The hotel was clean. The room was clean and ready for us stocked to satisfaction, and the bed was super comfy. The staff was super nice. Overall we had an amazing stay and we will be returning for another stay!!!

Room smelled moldy. A/C did just enough to keep it comfortable without blankets. Service was ok. Agent wouldn't match online price.
