Designed cabinets not what was delivered. Missing cabinets and parts or completely wrong. Sizes not to the design specs. Unresponsive to concerns. Had to pay in full prior to delivery. Would not use this company again.
Dick Balbier of Ultimate Kitchen Design did a wonderful job of designing and installing all of the cabinetry for our new home build. Our project was to create a handicap accessible retirement home with special focus on the kitchen and master bath. Dick is a rare business owner in that he listens to the client and with his extreme knowledge and experience offers meaningful suggestions so the end result is beautiful and functional. I had some definite ideas about what needed to be incorporated into the house and he did an outstanding job of exceeding my expectations in the kitchen, master bath, guest baths and combination laundry – mud room. My husband had no idea what he wanted in his multi-purpose fly-tying room but after meeting and discussing with Dick, they created a comfortable and practical studio. Overall it was an exceptionally positive experience and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and detailed workmanship of the installation. We would highly recommend Ultimate Kitchen Design.
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Richard as he worked with us to remodel our kitchen. We were very impressed with how incredibly knowledgeable in both the design and execution aspects of the process Richard was. He listened to what we needed and wanted while combining it with his expertise in function and practicality. Great place to shop and buy cabinets! Terrific design skills and the expirence to go with it. They have completed several projects on different properties for me over the years. Each was completed professionally and within budget. I just recently used the online store, very competitive prices and amazing quality. They take time to insure each job fits the customers requirements as they have products for every budget and quality desire.
