Overall experience was awesome. Four stars because check-in process online was a little complicated and ended up taking approximately 20 minutes. Otherwise, vehicle was clean and easy to use. Various moving equipment was available for rental. Returning the truck was much much easier than picking it up! Staff was super friendly and helpful!!!
Terrible service. Two SCHEDULED appointments taking eight hours to get trailer hitch installation that promptly blew out camper and car lights the three more trips to try and fix problem with no results. Finally took car to Ford dealership and fixed for an additional $550 above U-Hay charges
Trailer Hitch installation gone bad,nI made and appointment with Lydia. I told her I was coming from Appleton and I would wait for it, she said I could drop it off at 7am and it would be done at noon. When I dropped it off at 7am, Seth tells me there is no way they can do it that day, but would try to get it done by the following afternoon. Lydia calls me on day 2 afternoon and tells me they need to order parts, (she was given the Make Model and Year of the car when I first called)and began to make another promise of when it would be done. That's when I canceled the whole mater and drove down to Oshkosh to retrieve my car.
