I have contacted John about a year ago, but I didn't have the funds to purchase back then. Today, I went in and purchased my new mattress! He was nothing shy of professional, respectful, and easy to get everything done for me to be in a new bed soon! We love our mattress! Awesome mattress for and even more awesome price. John was a pleasure to work with. He really helped provide us with helpful information that lead us to the perfect mattress for us. We went in not knowing much about our options or what we wanted other than the size and he was very patient and informative. Shipping was quick and within a week we had a brand new mattress set up and were enjoying a restful nights sleep on it. All of the aches and pains felt from our old mattress are gone!
