Walked in to inquire about buying hardwoods and when the person working there came to acknowledge us, she did so without a mask on. We immediately left. They just lost at least a $3000.00 sale.nnThe response below is BS! We past a young woman coming in with coffees in hand as we were leaving. She had a mask on. The associate who was not wearing a mask was in the showroom assisting a customer. There wasn’t even a mask pulled down but still on her face. There wasn’t even a mask in her hand. She was not coming out of a bathroom.
If I could rate this company a ten I would. The professional attitude and can do approach was impressive. Our carpet looks great!!nI will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Kimi's Carpets Plus did a wonderful job both laying engineered hardwood, and carpet in our home. Kimi coordinated this job flawlessly herself all during COVID quarantine and from states away as we were relocating to the area.
