We dropped by this weekend for landscaping supplies and where overly happy about the helpful man in the garden department that not only asked us several times if he could answer any questions, but once we went through the cashier - he eagerly jumped at helping us to the car and lifting the large bags for us. We saw him do this for others when we left. Awesome service!
I went in with the intention of spending 800 dollars on a new weber grill and left with 15 dollars worth of mulch. The customer service from the people who tried to help me with the grills was terrible! The lady helping me was very brash and unhelpful and ended up ditching me. On a better note the girl checking me out in the garden section was very nice, maybe you need to have her train the girl in the grill section.
Bog box hardware store. Usually have what we need, the cucumber plant we picked from here died. We'd still buy plants from here
