Awesome company for those who are price conscious but want to look sharp anyways. Love how they allow coupon stacking. Love how they partner with Amazon for returns. I love local business as much as the next guy, but this is a big chain that does things RIGHT.nnAlso, they honor my exemption to NC EO 180 and do not give me a hard time about my medical condition. In today's age, that alone is worth 5 stars to me.

I like Kohl's because they always have a decent sale going on and the have coupons that make your purchase even a better savings. Today I was their with my wife and bought dress shirts for myself and my son. It was so reasonable. You can't beat the great savings that they offer. Thank you Kohl's for your good practice of thinking of the consumer.

Very busy the check out line was half way around the store! But the staff was very diligent about making the wait very short and they succeed! My cashier (Cynthia P) was very very helpful

Great staff always helpful, and the restrooms have always been clean when I have been here! This is important when you have young kids with you. They practice Covid 19 standards.

I went to return a few items and was shocked at how the person behind the counter was speaking to customers . The couple infront of me were obviously uncomfortable with her demanding if she had completed all the items they were exchanging . The next customer had an Amazon box and she asked three times if it was a Amazon or Khols exchange and then rudely told them they were not at the correct counter. She then patted the counter like I was a dog and said next - after advising it was an exchange she told me to hand her old new old new and then asked for my receipt . I handed her my receipt and she commanded I hand her the items as she entered them. Please teach her some customer service and people skills as I should not feel like I am in trouble for attempting to make an exchange !
