Literally, every time I go there to get my iced caramel coffee it tastes like water that has a lot of sweetener in there. I get coffee from Dunkin to drink coffee not watered down cream with a bunch of ice. And the employee's are rude and sound like my order is out of this world, even though I only ever get iced coffee. The only reason why I go there is because they are the only Dunkin’ open at 8:30 pm. I would rather drink Great Value coffee over this any day. I would put zero stars if I could.
My mom and I waited in line for 10 minutes. I asked to place two separate orders for my mom and I and they said it was against the manager’s and franchise rules to allow two orders per car. They said I could drive around again for another order. This policy makes NO sense. My mom and I both waited in line so to be refused service is terrible customer service. I called Holly Springs and they allow 2 orders per car. My mom and I will not be patrons at this store any longer.

Hot coffee was ice cold and all 4 cups were made wrong. We love dunkin but this was the worse one we been to. The manager was really nice about it and said we could come back, but we were only passing through and dont live close to come back. Waste of 15$
We or two bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps. They both came without any egg. And one of our donuts had practically no frosting on it.
