Bed Bath & Beyond

We recently moved and I have been a frequent visitor to the Strickland, Raleigh NC location. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. MK has gone above and beyond, he has answered everyone of my questions, found a tape measure for me and made me feel like I was doing him a favor! AND they always make sure I have a coupon, I look forward to shopping!

OK, it's just not the way guys shop. I understand there enough bathroom sets for three rows but I just want all the soap pumps on two maybe three shelves. But I did get to use a coupon, so life is good.

This place smells like chemicals but has good quality products

It's a lot cleaner than it used to be and, as insane as the world is, still manages to have nice and helpful employees. Shopping experience is terrific, but the selection drops a star.nnWhile you can sure find what you need and be swamped in choice, the bedding section notably has a lot, but most all of it is basically the same. It'd be nice to have many materials for bedding, but all the sheets are basically the same with material and the bedding is either plush (A TON of plush fleece-like goods), or relatively cheap with notable exceptions. There is one Bee company that has pretty great bedding but they only have one color or three shades of it.nnWorth a visit, but I hope they get a variety for the next visit.

Was a little disappointed that they do not have an employee at the front door wiping down carts as you enter. Every other store I've entered has this COVID-19 protocol in place. The rest of my visit was pleasant. The employee that helped me trying to purchase an item I came in for was friendly. She did her best to help me even though they didn't have what I was looking for in stock. While browsing I ended up buying 5 items because of good deals. Again, the only reason I would not give 5 stars was because of the carts but all employees & customers were social distancing & wearing masks. I will definitely shop here again.
