Safe, clean and easily accessible spot! I used the facilities for a project and was able to enter/exit any time needed, I always felt safe as the location was well lit, secured with key pad and in a convenient location off Rea Rd. There are rolling conviences available on site and a huge freight elevator, so no matter if you are on the first or third floor it is easy to get around. Sherry helped me choose the right size unit and everything else needed to get in. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend using this Storage facility.

Morningstar Storage was perfect for me to store my belongings for a few months while living in an apartment, waiting for my home to be built. The facility is clean, the management, especially Sherry, were wonderful to work with. My unit is conveniently located on the first floor, next to the entrance. I would highly recommend them and give them a 5 star rating.

Sherry is the absolute best, what a well run, efficient & clean facility. Great customer service with every interaction, made the experience a very good one for us e2e. I have used storage facilities in NJ , FL, NC & SC , all which average from a1-3 in a 5 star rating scale . Sherry’s operation in Waxhaw NC on Rea Road is a big time 5 star operation , which I would rate even higher if the rating scale went any higher. Highly Recommend using this place for your storage needs

Very clean, safe, and convenient. So easy to use and the staff is very responsive. IF you have to use storage, this is the place to go.

Morningstar Storage has the perfect design building. The facility has maximum efficiency for the use as a top priority. I found Sherry and Brandi to be extremely helpful and through with explaining my options. Both Ladies have an Excellent drive for customer service. Thank you Morningstar for making this process so efficient.
