I live nearby and come in to this location 1-2 times a week. The past few times I’ve come in, both the food and service have been terrible. Today I went in with a friend to get our usual and both of the girls taking care of us were extremely rude. I wanted to modify my bagel and the girl acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I just asked to add cream cheese. She snapped at me and asked what kind of bagel I wanted, then proceeded to rolled her eyes. She continued to mumble under her breathe while making the bagel. I got home and the bagel was half the size I normally get. I would not have complained if the service hadn’t been so bad. I’ll be looking for another breakfast spot.
This place by far has the best and tastiest bagel sandwiches I've ever had. The other menu items look really good too. The cookies are nice sized ud83dude0b I haven't tried everything yet but I can't wait to. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Delicious. We were out of coffee at home so made a trip here. Realized how much we've missed this place. Ordered half a dozen for the week.nThey were busy but it moved pretty quickly!
I never write reviews, but felt like this one was necessary. I actually liked this location because there is a newer women with blonde hair who has great customer service and is always personal and welcoming. The guy is really nice too. Sadly though, she is the only reason for the 1 star. My visit this morning around 6:50 am was really bad. The women helping me had the worst attitude and customer service I’ve experienced. I watched her snap at and cut off another customer speaking before me as well. She acted as if I was bothering her by ordering, cut me off while talking, rolled her eyes at me and whispered to her coworker about me. It made me feel really uncomfortable. If you don’t like your job, then find something else. I get we all have bad days but today, bad day or not, was really uncalled for. Although minutes from my house and on my way to work, I probably will never return to this location again because of today.
Great customer service! Repeat customer.nToday they forgot something on my order, when I came back to see if I could just get what they had missed adder, they went above and beyond to remake the sandwich and add in some extras for my inconvenience. Highly recommend.
