This Dunkin is awesome. We went in on a weekend and the supervisor was just a joy. She took care of us and was a blessing. The whole staff seemed friendly with us and each other. Joy was in that place and I wish more places of business had that. Thank you ud83dude0aud83dudc9e

Ordered one of their specialty coffees for Christmas and they decided it wasn’t worth their time to make it correctly. I didn’t even ask for any substitutions I just wanted it made how it was advertised. Employees were wearing masks at least but they certainly weren’t friendly. If you must get dunkin, the Strickland one is much better service.

CAUTION GO up the road to the strickland DD. This one is no bueno. I always seem to have an issue when I go here. My order is never right. I have even ordered doordash and my simple requests are still not right (I.e. not toasting my english muffins. still showed up toasted). NOT covid friendly, staff constantly not wearing masks properly.

Frustrating! I have been here many times and have had my order messed up numerous times! If your going to run a morning business get it under control because it looked like maybe 2 people working the whole time. I ordered ahead of time also to not be late for work yet I still had to wait for the order which ended up being wrong and I was late! Not going here again!

Each time I visit this Dunkin’s drive through the customer service is terrible. The employees are rude and off-putting. If I could give 0 stars I would. As much as I enjoy the coffee and convenient location I will be making an extra 5 minute trip to a different location in the future.
