This place has went Thur new management or new employees, when it first opened it was terrible. Now it is Amazing! The coffee is always perfect food is great, love the perfect 100% health food and safety score . Definitely my number 1 go to dunkins now.

I don’t ever like to leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. This location is terrible. It is the closest one to where I work so I usually go through the drive thru and order and they have messed up my order well over ten times. They will give me the wrong drink or wrong donut 90% of the time. I usually call and complain just because I would like to receive what I actually pay for and some of the time they will give me a free drink or credit but lately it seems like telling them that they got it wrong is just an inconvenience for them. After taking a break from going here for about a month I decided to give it a try today and they completely messed up my drink order. When I called all they did was apologize and say they will make sure it does not happen again, didn’t even offer to remake my drink or give me a credit. Extremely disappointed. All of my friend who go to this location as well say it is the worst in the area, employees are not very nice, and their order is almost always wrong. Used to be the biggest Dunkin fan but now I’m switching over to Starbucks.

Food is good - my Latte was SUPER tasty but the service is SO slow. Was in the drive though for at least 18 min with only 5 cars.

We pulled over 7:59 and the first thing we hear through the Inter come is “”sorry we are close”” I was like dude you probably packed since 7:30! What is it with now days employees! ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0fWould give 00000⭐ufe0f if I could! Well we went to Starbucks 30 seconds far from you! Never going back to this location, always but always have bad experience. I rather drive up to the one near the YMCA, 10 min more drive but where service is excellent!nnPS: there was another car behind us Lol
