Betsy W was extremely helpful in making sure I was pleased with my selections. She asked thought provoking questions in order to figure out what I truly wanted. She even had Mason move a chair over to the couch I liked to see if they would look good together. I was so pleased with her kindness! She made sure I knew my options for payment and helped me get things squared away quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service and “first time buying furniture” experience!

Steve Krueger was a very professional and informative salesman. I will definitely be back for sure. never expected to go in there and buy what we did but as much information as I received that day and the quality and respect of the information we received was bar none top notch. Thank You we now have a salesman that we will go to every time.

You guys are losing a lot of business by having nothing in stock. I used to buy all my furniture here but now every time I’m looking to buy something, In which I would like to purchase and take home THAT day you guys tell me “you can order it but won’t be in till months later” happened to me twice now there. The lady told me good luck finding the piece of furniture I wanted to bring home that day because “everything is on back order” well guess what, I went across the freeway and picked up exactly what I was looking for AND brought it home THAT DAY. Good luck staying in business when you don’t have anything in stock to sell.

Still waiting for our furniture which was paid for in AUGUST 2020!!!!nnOriginally estimated to be delivered in Oct, then Nov, then Dec, now being told Jan 2021. No communication initiated from their staff. We call the week it is expected and then get told the new date.nnWe got some other furniture from a nearby competitor within two weeks. We bought another piece of furniture from a different competitor a month ago which is coming next week.nnI’m sure why this store has so many issues with delays when other stores aren’t as bad.nnShop elsewhere unless you want to wait 6 months.
