Absolutely loved Floor Quest. Our project manager Cheryl was so very helpful directing us to floor types that would fit our budget. She was prompt and professional when she came to measure our home. Everything was explained to us, no surprises! Ryan the young man who installed our flooring was just as friendly and did a fantastic job, and helped my husband move back our appliances which he didn’t have to do! We plan on going back for our carpeting soon.

They only install carpet purchased at Floorquest. So if you bought carpet from somewhere else, don't waste your time calling them

We have worked with Floor Quest on 7 different projects updating the spaces in our home. Each experience has been very positive. Desiree has always provided great support in design choices, installation consistently goes well, and their follow-up is much appreciated. It is easy for us to recommend them without any reservations. We love how they have transformed our home!

I have worked with Sheila on three projects in my home thus far ranging from carpet installation to a full kitchen remodel. In each project she (and Kellie too!) both listened closely to my ideas and selected products and designs that were spot on. Sheila is so enthusiastic about each project and if there were any glitches or items to be dealt with she made things right immediately. She coordinated work with the various contractors which saved me from that stressful aspect of remodeling. I've already recommended her to many and will continue to do so. I love the transformations in my (older) home and look forward to enjoying the updates for years to come.

Great experience from beginning to end. Cheryl was great to work with. No pressure but most helpful. Jesse our installer was fabulous. He was a hard worker, most polite and did great work. A wonderful job well done!
