Screw Best Buy / Geek Squad!!!! I tried to reach their store in Oshkosh 5 time and timed out on hold each time. 120 miles of driving later, they were able to do ANYTHING for me. If you live in the Fox Valley, I would urge you to work with these folks. VERY HAPPY!!!
I took my laptop to Computer corner and for a small fee they fixed my issue in a timely manor. I would send my friends there an know that they would have great and fast service. These people know their products and services. They also sell ink for printers and its very high quality.
After having a really bad experience at the Ohio Street Location, I went to speak with Austin at the Main street location.nHe was not in, but Ryan was extremely helpful and professional in getting my problem fixed.nRyan, Nate and Jacky, keep up the great work.
