Fast. Correct. Very unlikely the dunkin closest to my home, an hour away. Very pleased. Will be back.

Second time I’ve ordered via mobile app and they’ve been out of what was ordered. First time was a sandwich, which ended up going in the trash because it was for someone else and they don’t eat the other options available. Asked for a refund and was told “we can’t do that, call corporate”; today, I arrive and get met with the same blasé attitude about being out of what was ordered. Was told “can’t help they’re out of it by the time you get here” when I said I will be taking business elsewhere; and again, stuck with something that won’t get eaten because “no refunds can be issued on things ordered through the app”. As someone who has frequented this particular establishment a few times a week for the last 16 months and am used to much better customer service than the last few times I’ve come, it’s disheartening to see what’s happening with the customer service here. Guess after this, I’ll be finding a new coffee shop.

The worst location I have been to. Mary C does not need to be working as a cashier if she can't make eye contact with customers and greet them. We waited a few minutes for anyone to come to the register which is fine. The location was busy but the cashier then proceeded to stand at the register for several more minutes playing with an old receipt in her hand and looking away from me before I finally had to just start saying my order. And we were given a hot coffee when we ordered an iced one as well. Very disappointed in this location. I'm glad I don't live here.

I am getting to love Dunkin'. I usually bring my mother on doctor visits and she always wants to stop here. The drive thru staff is always friendly, and they have good sandwiches.
