The experience with Furniture Distributors was outstanding. While unable to complete the original purchase that was placed online due to the items being out of stock, Darryl went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that high quality replacement furniture items at great prices were offered on top of giving excellent customer service through sending emails and pictures to get visuals of the replacement and add-on item (very nice area rug at a great deal) before making decisions. I definitely recommend this store for their great customer service and great quality merchandise!

This is a super friendly store. No sales pressure tactics. They gave wonderful advice on purchasing a new mattress. I would buy from again.

Guess it's okay for budget priced furniture if you can get past the pushy sales staff. Asked guy for one thing and he insisted on showing me everything but. Finally admitted that they don't have it as I was already leaving.

Absolutely awful. We ordered a sectional and a recliner in September. We were told it would be here end of October, then Nov, then it was Dec, then two dates in January and now I’m being told they don’t know where it is or when it is coming. If the furniture was going to take this long they should have said number one, and number two they should have communicated with us. I’ve had zero communication with them besides when I call. They haven’t called to say “hey it’s not coming today like we said”. I would literally never recommend this place to anyone.

The experience at Furniture Distributors was excellent! Lorri provided outstanding customer service! She’s first class...absolutely fantastic! Darryl was also a huge help! They worked with us, and made our experience comfortable and worthwhile! I highly recommend Furniture Distributors in Greenville. That crew is first class, full service!
