Great first impression! Mike and Angela came to my home to advise me on our desire to remodel our master bath. They were obviously competent professionals who know a great deal about bathroom remodels. We talked through our ideas, and they were very receptive and outlined the possibilities as well as an overview of the entire process. I felt very comfortable with the prospect of working together with them with our MB remodel. Thanks Mike and Angela.

Mike and his team did a phenomenal job for us. They repaired some damaged flooring in our master bath which necessitated replacing the tile in our shower and tub areas as well. They were excellent in their communication as well as professional in taking care of cleaning up each time they were finished for the day. They gave good recommendations for products and just did an overall great quality job repairing and updating for us. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience overall. They helped me with a near-total renovation of a townhouse in order to prepare it for sale. They were very accommodating to my being out of state, and took the reins for selecting materials and color palettes, as well as performing the work with minimal oversight from me. I was provided with regular updates including photos to let me know how the project was going. All work performed was of high quality and at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

I recently downsized from a large home to a condo and wanted a small project in my kitchen completed. I contacted several business in town and they never returned my call, never showed for appointments, delayed quotes for days, no follow up and just poor customer service. I called Hancock Home Solutions and Mike answered the phone on the first ring and he emailed my quote the very next day. I accepted his quote and he was in my condo in less than 10 days like he promised. I was so impressed with his team and their work I had them complete another project I was working on as well. Hancock Home Solutions most definitely surpassed my expectations with my recent kitchen renovation. I have already asked him for another quote for additional work needed at my home.
