Ty was such a pleasure to work with, and he was so good at customizing our shopping experience to our specific needs. The other gentleman was also very accommodating and helpful. They truly look out for their customers!
Tye Wheeler started helping me and my husband on Sunday. He was extremely patient and took his time to make sure all our questions were answered for the options we were looking for. We visited 4 stores the entire day, and Tye service was efficient and superior. We came back on Wednesday to purchase.
We went in knowing we wanted a new mattress, but didn’t know exactly what we needed. Ty was super helpful, nice and patient with us and answered all of our questions while making sure we were confident with our decision. Cannot recommend him enough! John was a great salesman. Showed us exactly what we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted and worked within our desired budget to find us the right bed. No pressure, very courteous and knowledgeable.
Ty at mattress warehouse of winter ills was incredibly helpful! He was very knowledgeable about the different options and made sure I got fitted for the proper mattress and was very patient and willing to explain all the different options! 10/10 recommend coming to see him!
