Joe Ceres is awesome and very knowledgeable about all the products. He was friendly and made sure to explain all the different options available to me. Make sure you come to see Joe and Kate Ceres. I am from Kinston Nc and the Mattress By Appointment there wont even respond to text or voice messages. My sister sent a message to this one and Kate responded in minutes. I will be referring this location to anyone who needs a new mattress.
