I love Belk drive up service. It's very convenient. I used the app to let them know that I was on my way, and by the time I pulled up they were walking out with my package. The dress I ordered was a hit at the wedding I attended. Many compliments!!!

I went recently and didn't have the best experience with a return, but I did a survey and let them know & the manager contacted me within a day, apologized, & gave me a gift card to make it right!! I wasn't expecting that but I surely appreciate it! I also wanted to give a wonderful review about Julia in the perfume/fragrance dept for answering all my questions and helping me so much! If you have ANY questions about fragrances: old, new, can't find anymore, etc, she is most definitely the person to talk to! I definitely recommend going there and especially now because they have some great sales and super cute stuff in all the depts, so def go check them out! ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

We stopped for appetizers and drinks. Mexican pizza was cold. We informed our server and the appetizer was subtracted from our bill. Good service. Great drinks.
