Waited 15 min at drive through window. No other customer aroundnI watched the girl fix a box of donuts she broke a finger nail and played with her hand 2 are 3 minutes. She saw me watching her and asked another lady if she was fixing our order after 5 more minutes we drove off. Very unproductive workers that don't care about your business.

This Dunkin Donuts never seems to get orders correct. On multiple occasions, I have ordered an assortment of donuts and they rarely give me what I ask for. I just ordered half a dozen and they got 2 of the 6 donuts correct.

(4/3/21, 11:20 am) The customer service of the girl working the window wearing a pink hoodie, with the blonde pony tail is awful. Don't you dare ask her to fix the messed up order. 3 out of 4 drinks were awful. When asked for a cup with extra cream since the small coffee ordered with extra cream didn't have extra cream she quickly refused. She didn't offer to remake it either. When asked for a cup of ice for the ICED coffee you would of thought we asked her for the world. Her tone was disrespectful and she doesn't belong in this field.

Ordered ahead and said we had gotten to the location. Waited a few mins and we see our order come out but they gave it to someone else. Watched them take it back inside and then they tried to give it to someone standing at the door. I walked inside and they asked the name and I told them it was sitting on the counter in front of me. The bagel was cold and the sausage was warm almost room temp. The coffee was made wrong. Everytime we come to this location it is always a long wait and they get it wrong.
