The sweet shop in the bakery is the best for a grocery store the tarts are great as well as many other things in the bakery
My name is Karen Benson, and I ordered. And I ordered a basket weave cake to celebrate mine and my son's birthday today. I ordered it to be picked up yesterday and I was supposed to get the 10 in. And they gave me an 8 inch. When I called back the managers. Jamie assistant manager and Jeff the assistant manager and Robert the store manager. Was so polite and so helpful. And they actually delivered the correct size cake to my house today their employee that delivered it was Josh and they And they let me keep the other cake that I had picked up yesterday. This store is so amazing these employees and managers were so professional. It is outstanding how they handled this and resolve this problem. I will continue to shop and purchase my cakes at Publix. They have the best cakes around in, North Carolina. I am so happy with their service. I know you can only give them a 5-star rating, but trust me they are a 10. I am truly truly happy and satisfied with the professionalism that they handled this with. You couldn't have asked for a better store and better people to handle this situation. They have made my son's birthday and my birthday. Amazing now. I am so thankful. Thank you Publix in Greenville of North Carolina.

Purchased crablegs and jumbo shrimp from their seafood center. Excellent selection, friendly and helpful staff and delicious seafood! Kudos to department manager Donald Young. He is knowledgeable and helpful!
