Adorable little bakery with a limited selection of cakes, cupcakes, and cookies when I visited. Wonderful quality! The carrot cake is to die for, the best I've had in a very long time. I will be coming back for more of that cake!
YESTERDAY I DECIDED TO GIVE THIS BUSINESS A SECOND TRY AFTER GETTING BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE. I THOUGHT THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE SIMPLY TRYING TO TARNISH THE BUSINESS, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE . THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY NASTY. I FOUND OUT THE OWNER WAS THE ONE THAT WAITED ON ME YESTERDAY. NO GREETING, NO SMILE AND VERY SHORT AS MANY STATED BELOW. THIS MAKES US LOOK BAD AS A PEOPLE. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED.
We were recently married in August 2020 and our cake/cupcakes done through The Sweet Couples Bakery. Man oh man everything was super delicious! Beautiful presentation with everything they did. Thank you so much and we appreciate you making our wedding day so special! I will always recommend The Sweet Couples Bakery!
I'm updating this review because the sweet lady at Sweet couple Bakery called me out of the blue to let me know that she had my favorite oatmeal cream pies available. They don't have them every day so this was pretty special for me to get this call out. I'm giving 5 stars because the oatmeal pies are amazing and because the customer service is outstanding.
I ordered a slice of wedding cake and it was delicious. 5/5 The customer service and knowledge of food could have been much better. 2/5 The answers to my questions about the different cake slices were extremely short and not as descriptive as I would have preferred.
